Before You Buy

Each custom piece is individually produced according to the references provided by the customer, making every item a fully customized, made-to-order product.

As each piece is handmade and 3D-printed, minor surface, layer, texture, or finishing variations may naturally occur. These small differences are part of the handmade production process and are not considered defects.

Please allow approximately 15 days for production before shipping.

Due to its customized nature, returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect references provided by the customer are not accepted.

Transit damage or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time is required for these claims.
