Before You Buy

Each mask is individually produced according to the head measurements provided by the customer, making every piece a customized, made-to-order product.

Please allow approximately 15 days for production before shipping.

Due to its customized nature, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not accepted.

As each piece is handmade and 3D-printed, minor surface, texture or finishing variations may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

Transit damage or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time is required for these claims.
